Paul Flex hails from a lineage of builders and entrepreneurs and spent much of his childhood on different construction jobsites. Learning firsthand from his father and grandfather gave him a deep seeded understanding of the importance of the processes and attention to detail that each project requires. This childhood passion continued to blossom into something greater, so Paul refined his craft while working at a prominent engineering firm, and then with some of the most esteemed builders across Texas. During this tenure, he oversaw over $100,000,000 in development of residential homes across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. 

 

Despite enjoying this endeavor, he identified a gap in the market for a more refined approach that prioritized both the customer experience and the quality of the product. This insight led to the founding of Tesoro Home Builders. Paul has had the privilege of collaborating with families in an array of residential projects, from extensive restorations, down-to-the-studs renovations, to the ground up building, and just about everything in between. Tesoro Home Builders remains dedicated to continually refining the customer experience and crafting homes of exceptional design and quality.
